Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. Together, we'll find an approach that supports your goals and honors your pace.
My Therapeutic Approach
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs. Rather than relying on a single approach, I draw from evidence-based therapies based on what will best support your goals.
Our work together is shaped by what you bring into the room, what feels most important to you, and the pace that feel right for where you are. I aim to create a space where you feel supported while also being encouraged to explore patterns, build insight and make meaningful changes in your life. Therapy is not one-size fits all. We can work together to find what feels helpful, relevant, and sustainable for you.
Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization Therapy (EMDR)
Helps your brain process distressing experiences so painful memories feel less overwhelming and no longer hold the same emotional weight.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps us explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another while building practical tools to navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding.
Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
While TF-CBT was originally developed for children and adolescents, it can also be adapted for adults to help process trauma, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful healing.
Person-Centered Therapy
Centers on a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
Areas of focus
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Here are some of the experiences and concerns we can explore together.
-
You may feel like you're surviving instead of truly living. Past experiences can continue to shape the way you see yourself, your relationships, and your sense of safety.
Trauma therapy offers a space to process experiences such as childhood trauma, relationship trauma, racial trauma, and identity-based harm. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels safe for you, honoring your experiences while working toward healing and reclaiming a greater sense of peace.
-
Your mind rarely slows down. You're exhausted from overthinking, carrying the weight of constant worry, or feeling like you're always "on."
Together, we'll explore what's fueling your anxiety while building practical ways to help you feel more grounded, regulate your nervous system, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and calm.
-
Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. Whether you're navigating a new chapter or questioning what's next, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
Together, we'll explore who you are, who you're becoming, and how to move through life's changes with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Life can begin to feel heavy, and even everyday tasks may take more energy than they once did. You may feel disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what you're carrying with compassion, and gradually reconnect with yourself… one step at a time.
