Absolutely! Therapy with Apryll is exclusively telehealth for adults anywhere in the state of Texas.

Yes! Therapy with Apryll is currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna, with additional insurance plans in progress.

Session fees vary depending on the type and length of service. Therapy with Apryll accepts select insurance plans and also offers private-pay services. Visit the Rates & Insurance page for current fees and insurance information.

In many cases, yes! HSA and FSA funds can typically be used for eligible mental health services. Because individual plans vary, I recommend confirming eligibility with your HSA or FSA administrator.

A superbill is a detailed receipt I can give you if you’re paying privately for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. It includes the information insurance companies usually need to review out‑of‑network claims. Because every insurance company is different, reimbursement is never guaranteed.
If you’d like to try using a superbill, I’m happy to walk you through how to submit it and what questions to ask your insurance so the process feels less confusing.
