Therapy with Apryll is now in-network with Aetna and Cigna.

Credentialing with additional insurance plans is currently in progress, including Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and UnitedHealthcare (UHC). Because credentialing timelines can vary, I’m unable to provide an exact date for when these plans may become available.

Private pay remains available, and I’ll update this page as additional insurance plans become available.

  • Individual Therapy (53-60 minutes): $165

  • Extended EMDR Sessions* (90–120 minutes): $250-$330

  • Couples Therapy* (53-60 minutes): $200

  • Individual EMDR Consultation (60 minutes): $50

  • Individual EMDR Consultation (30 minutes): $25

  • Group EMDR Consultation (per clinician): $25

*Please note: Extended sessions and couples therapy sessions are private pay only

If finances are a concern, please reach out to me directly. I offer a limited number of sliding‑scale spots because I believe healing should be accessible, not stressful.

Superbills

A superbill is a type of receipt that I can provide if you’re paying privately and want to ask your insurance company about possible reimbursement. It includes the information that insurance companies typically need like diagnosis codes, session dates, and my licensure, so they can determine whether they will reimburse you for part of your session cost.

It’s important to know that reimbursement is not guaranteed. Every insurance plan is different, and some offer out‑of‑network benefits while others do not. If your plan does offer reimbursement, they will decide the percentage and timeline. I’m always happy to provide the superbill, but the insurance company makes the final decision.
